  • During consultation couples may consult with the officiant to modify certain aspects of the traditional ceremony while maintaining traditional Christian integrity

  • Average Ceremony Duration: 30 Minutes. Typically includes: scripture readings, short homily, vow/ring exchange and prayers

“I Do” Ceremony

The Details:

  • Couples choose from a list of prearranged vows

  • Signing and Filing of Marriage License.

  • Ceremony Duration: 10-15 minutes

  • Arrives 10-15 minutes prior to coach couple prior to the start of the ceremony

  • Travel Fees May Apply

Wedding Rehearsal

$100

The Details:

  • The Officiant strongly recommends an onsite rehearsal the evening prior to your wedding date

  • Together with your venue coordinator and/or wedding planner, this will allow the professionals to stage your ceremony from processional to recessional to ensure a stress-free, flawless event

  • Up to 1 hour

  • The walkthrough will be run through at least twice

  • The Officiant will coordinate the positioning at the alter for the most appropriate staging of the ceremony

  • The Officiant will coach the representative giving the bride away and/or all other persons in the wedding party (including but not limited to: responsibilities of best man/maid of honor, ring barrier/flower girl, bridesmaids/groomsmen, musicians, additional readers and others as needed)

  • The Officiant will instruct on all details from reciting vows to the exchanging of rings

Custom Ceremony

The Details:

  • For Couples wanting a more personalize and custom drafted ceremony.

  • Ability to choose scripture, poems, representatives reading and more.

  • Ceremony Duration: 20-45 Minutes

  • Arrives 30 minutes prior to ceremony

  • One consultation via zoom/phone call to discuss ceremony plans

FAQs

  • Because this is the SINGLE MOST important detail of your day - we suggest that our couples meet with the officiant before deciding on the service that best fits their visions for their wedding ceremony.

  • We suggest all couples have rehearsal with their officiant unless they are having just a simple Civil Ceremony. Presentation is everything, so having rehearsal with your officiant is imperative.  Your officiant can guide through all the small details such as the presentation of the bride to how to slip on rings.  Rehearsal is the time to make any last minutes changes and additions to your ceremony to ensure it is flawless. Since your officiant will be orchestrating the ceremony it only makes sense he be present to do so.  Couple’s only get one shot at the ceremony, there are no do overs, so with that in mind all parties involved in the ceremony should be there to rehearse. Not only will rehearsal leave the couple and wedding party confident it also greatly helps ensure a flawless event.

  • In these situations we refer to the ceremony as a symbolic ceremony.  Your officiant will do everything he would for a legal ceremony minus signing a wedding license.  If you do not want your guests to know this please make sure to remind your officiant of this fact so they may keep it a secret.

  • In most cases your officiant will require that a microphone be provided by the couple.  This can be acquired by your DJ. The couple is responsible for making sure that the officiant has a hands free mic since the officiant must have his hands free to hold their book, bless rings and perform rituals.  A lapel or headset mic is preferred but a mic with a stand is ok (not suggested for the best pictures).  

  • In most cases your officiant will stay for dinner and will bless the food during the reception, if the couple would like. They will, at their discretion, leave afterwards.

  • Payments are due 30 days prior to your ceremony and can be paid online through the invoice or by Zelle.  Couple’s can also make payments towards their ceremony if they would like.
